Black Sage 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon $23.99
This robust red wine displays black cherry and currant flavours, enhanced by hints of eucalyptus and cedar on the finish. An excellent accompaniment to BBQ, hearty stews, wild meats and savory sauces.

Nk’Mip 2010 Qwam Qwmt $25
This wine has depth and complexity with rich and nutty flavour, offering lots of caramel, marzipan and pear. Enticing and aromatic with subtle layering of citrus is followed by a lingering mineral finish.
La Stella 2007 Allegretto Merlot $50
Dense plum and dark berries are complimented with a nice nutty nuance. The palate has a great weight and depth, rich with currants, plum and dark berries. The finish is long, smooth and elegant while the tannins are soft, firm, and consistent. To soften the tannins and enhance the complexity of flavours, look to items like braised pork belly or beef short ribs with savory and aromatic components.
