2011 Pinot Blanc
Gentle treatment of the grapes and whole cluster pressing was used to extract a clean, pure fruit expression. For added depth of flavour and complexity, a small portion of the wine was exposed to French oak. To further enhance the mouth-feel the wine was also aged Sur Lie for 5 months.

2011 Chardonnay
Picked over several days in October, our 2011 Chardonnay was whole cluster pressed to extract a clean, pure fruit expression. To further enhance the mouth-feel the wine was also aged Sur Lie.

2008 Merlot Reserve
The grapes are hand-picked from select vineyards and lots which exhibit the potential to go into our top wines. Our Reserve Merlot is blended from the best Merlot barrels identified by our winemaker.

2010 Meritage
This Meritage Reserve is the ‘King of the Flock’ with its beautiful bouquet of red and black berries standing perfectly. The grapes are hand-picked from select vineyards and lots which exhibit the potential to go into our top wines.  Blended from the best barrels identified by our winemaker, Karen Gillis. The Meritage Reserve is then put back into barrel, a further 4 months, to allow the wines to integrate, before bottling. Limited production.
