Gray Monk 2011 Siegerrebe $17.99
Not only does it pair beautifully with the basil Gouda from Smits & Co.w, but it’s also a beautiful wine to have with your turkey dinner. This wine won a Gold Medal at the 2012 All Canadian Wine Awards!

Lang 2008 Reserve Riesling $19.90 Pairs deliciously with a wedge of Gouda, a baguette and some slices of tart granny apple.

Paired with Lady Jane Brie, a big soft brie with quite a mushroomy element to it.

2011 Pinot Gris $17.99

Crisp and fruity, this wine features aromas of pear and orange blossom. The apple and citrus peel flavours lend a lovely appeal and elegance.  Full-flavoured, medium-bodied with a mouth filling texture and a dry finish.

2009 Chardonnay $15.99

This wine made from premium Chardonnay grapes from the Black Sage Vineyard in the Okanagan, is our first wine made in Lillooet. It is a fruit forward wine with nice aromas of pineapple, white peach and a hint of oak. Enjoy this wine with salmon, chicken or pasta.

2010 Cab Franc $24.99

This elegant and full bodied wine has distinct blackberry and black pepper aromas, characteristic for cabernet franc grapes. It is an excellent match with grilled steak or a pork roast.

2010 Meritage $26.99

blend of 65% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc and aged in French and American barrels. Features aromas of black currant, bramble and spices. Well-structured with elegant tannins and a long, lingering finish. Pairs well with BBQ steak, roast beef and aged cheeses.

2011 Trebella $19.90
Crisp, mineral texture complimented by an intense floral nose. Flavours of lemon zest, apricot and honeycomb on the palate. This wine has fantastic minerality and balanced acidity, making it a great choice of adventurous food pairings.

2011 Church Mouse Chardonnay $15.90
The wine has citrus aromas, with flavours of tangerine and a touch of the buttery character that comes with a bit of malolactic influence. Lees stirring contributed to a rich texture on the palate.

2010 Cab Franc $25.90
This wine is full, rich and expansive, with a silky mouth-coating texture and opulent flavours of ripe dark fruits, cassis, cedar and cigar box with tremendous length.

2010 Merlot $19.90
The fruit for this wine was hand-picked from the Coyote Bowl Vineyard on the Black Sage Bench. It was destemmed, and crushed into stainless tanks and kept on skins for 16 days before being pressed off and transferred into French Oak barriques (30% new oak) for the completion of malolactic fermentation. The wine was matured in barrels for 22 months with periodic rackings.

Deep crimson in colour, almost inky. Rich black and red fruit on the nose, leads to deep flavours of raspberry, cherry, chocolate and hints of herbs. Mouth feel is rich and full, with delicate fine grained tannins. Long, lingering finish showing cedar and currant.

Our unique blend of Pinot Noir and Marechal Foch grapes, with just enough skin contact to achieve a delightful pinkish hue, and develop a unique blend of flavours and aromatics, this blush will certainly satisfy the discriminating palate.  Make Me Blush can be enjoyed on any occasion with food, or you can enjoy it naked.  Try it and “Make Me Blush”!!  $16.90

2011 Kerner
Sold out at the Winery!   The aromatic white grape, Kerner (pronounced “KEHR-nuhr), is the result of efforts at a plant breeding station in Germany, in 1929, between Trollinger and Riesling varietals.  Classic Kerner fruity flavours with aromas of floral, marzipan, green apples, and pears. Complex, with a Riesling edge. Pairs well with pasta with cream or clam sauce, spicy food, and beautiful with pork tenderloin and lamb.   $17.90

2008 Ortega
This grape, developed in Germany (pronounced “ort-TAY-guh”), is a cross of Müller-Thurgau and Siegerrebe. Crisp, Clean, Tropical fruit aromas and flavours.  Besides being a nice sipper this wine is very versatile and pairs beautifully with Asian and Indian cuisine, cheese, poultry, and is also great with seafoods. $17.90

2009 Marechal Foch
VQA describes Marechal Foch (pronounced “MAR-e-SHALL-fosh) as Fruity, Raspberry, Cherry, Smokey, Caramel and Butterscotch. Other flavours include plums and spice. Masson thought the wine aged well. It depends on the style: most are made to be enjoyed when released with only a rare one crafted for long-term cellaring. $19.90

2008 Rose
Nothing says festive dining or al fresco entertaining like a crisp bottle of Rosé. This one has superb strawberry and spice aromatics. Just enough tannin provides a nice accompaniment with grilled light meats and party food. We enjoy ours with endive stuffed with goat cheese and walnuts. $15.99

2010 Sauvignon Blanc
A fresh, crisp blast of summer with cut grass, lime and pear in the aromas. Classic style with a palate that is lush and zesty with ­flavours of citrus, kiwi and peach. Pairs well with mild cheeses, seared scallops and cilantro, other seafood, or lemon glazed chicken breast. $17.49

2011 Unoaked Chardonnay
Chardonnay, one of the world’s most versatile varietals shines as a singular expression. Grapes from the renowned Sundial vineyard in Oliver are chosen for their rich, spicy flavours and unique clonal variations (clones 76 and 96). This unoaked version, never seeing an oak barrel, retains clean but lush fruit flavours that show citrus and pastry notes in the nose followed by apple, peach and fresh fig on the palate. Pairs well with light cuisine and creamy cheeses. $17.99

2009 Syrah
The peppery notes of our Syrah come through in concert with cherry and a hint of pipe tobacco. The palate expresses Bing cherry and cola. Barrel aged for 22 months in French and American oak with less than 400 cases produced. Ideal with traditional French dishes such as cassoulet and duck confit. Unfiltered $24.99

2008 Cabernet Sauvignon
A bold and racy year for Cabernet Sauvignon. The cold winter was followed by an outstanding growing season. The fruit exhibited round rich flavours at picking amid near-perfect harvest conditions. Aged in French and American oak for 26 months. Soft dried bergamot herb and berries on the nose. Cherry pie and secondary flavours of caramel, cedar and leather on the palate. Unfiltered. Good structure. Will drink well through 2018. A great accompaniment to filet mignon or lamb. $25.99
