2009 Heritage Block
Bordeaux-style blend, it has the supple softness and fruit of Merlot, the lifted notes of bouquet that can only come from Cabernet Franc and a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon for added structure. The grapes were harvested at their peak and aged for 18 months in both French and American oak. Dominant aromas of Cherry and prune plums are mixed with a touch of sage, tobacco leaves and cedar. The cherry and plum flavours carry through and combine with spicy French oak notes. Soft tannins and red licorice lingers pleasantly on the finish. 2010 Old Vines Riesling
Our Riesling vines, planted in 1978, have rooted deeply, accessing soil structures and minerality that course through the vines and bunches. Notes of key-lime pie, and hints of quince open to a broad entry on the palate.  Flavours of citrus and pom-fruits, narrow and tighten to a refined, tart, and mineral finish, with just enough residual sugar to balance. $32

2010 Gewürztraminer

2010 Chardonnay $22
Aromas of tropical fruits Okanagan peaches & citrus.  The first sip brings lively flavours of green apples & sun-ripened grapefruits.  17% of the 2010 Chardonnay was aged in French oak barriques adding hints of vanilla & richness in the mid palate.  Delicious with lobster!

2008 Merlot $30
Full aromas of raspberry, blueberry & cocoa. Flavours of dark cherries, cigars & Okanagan sage.  Being aged for 18 months in French oak & 18 months in our cellar prior to release makes this Merlot ready to enjoy.  Delicious with steak!
