  • Wine of the Week is a new Spring Release:  Jackson Triggs 2012 Reserve Rose
    Our Reserve Rose was left on skin contact for 24 hours for a lush salmon colour.  It is highly aromatic with fresh flavours of strawberry, rhubarb, floral, and spice, concluding with a refreshing finish, to give you a wine of exceptional quality. $10.99
  • Inniskillin 2009 Reserve Pinot Blanc
    This wine displays bright straw colour and has intense tropical fruit and apple aromas supported by citrus notes and a crisp, refreshing finish.  Pairs well with grilled salmon or Caesar salad. Try this wine also with Colby or Feta cheese. $13.99
  • Inniskillin 2010 Reserve Merlot
    This Merlot is deep red in colour and boasts a complex bouquet with hints of black cherry and raspberry. A well-balanced wine layered with toasty oak and vanilla with firm tannins and a lingering finish. This Merlot is quite versatile and can be enjoyed with a number of menu items, most especially grilled, roasted and braised red meats and hard strong cheeses. $16.99

  • Inniskillin 2008 Marsanne Roussanne
    This 2009 Marsanne Rousanne is a harmonious blend of 60% Marsanne and 40% Rousanne, two classic Rhone varietals. It displays vivid floral aromas with hints of pear and apple. Intense green-yellow in colour and medium bodied, this wine has ripe pear and almond flavours that are well balanced with crisp acidity on the finish.  Try this wine with prawns, lobster, or spinach salad with strawberry and nuts. $19.99
  • Inniskillin 2009 Chenin Blanc 
    This elegant wine displays generous aromas of honey and ripe honeydew. Crisp acidity is balanced with a rich texture and lingering flavours of apple, guava, and pineapple.  This wine pairs well pasta alfredo, scallops or asparagus. $16.99
  • Inniskillin 2008 Pinotage
    This 2008 Discovery Series Pinotage features cherry, raspberry and prune aromas with layers of toasted vanilla. A bouquet of ripe red fruit is accented with spice and firm tannins for a long structured finish $29.99
  •  Inniskillin 2009 Zinfandel
    Our 2009 Zinfandel is deep reddish purple colour, intense red berry and raspberry aromas complimented by some spicy oak notes. Gray Monk 2010 Odyssey Sparkling White
Served chilled in a Champagne flute, this pale straw-coloured wine provides a lively display of fine bubbles. The aroma is fruity and fresh. On the palate, the wine has a full creamy texture with flavours hinting of citrus fruits and apricots. The finish is crisply refreshing.  $24.99

Perseus 2010 Viognier
Intensely aromatic, weighty, and lush, find orchard blossoms and peach aromas on the nose. On the palate is red peppercorn, lilac and subtle cardamom spices, juicy tangerine and apricot flavours, with an impression of sarsaparilla on the finish.  Pair with Asian dishes, strong cheese, or perfectly paired with simple lobster, chicken or white fish.  $21.90

Marichel 2010 Splitrock Viognier
This wine has sparkling acidity, stone-fruit aromas and tropical flavours in the classic Viognier Style $24.90

Hillside 2008 Syrah
Opens with black raspberry and notes of clove and vanilla bean which interweave with blueberry, pomegranate and a touch of cardamom on the palate. Elegant fine-grained tannins lead into a graceful juicy finish. . . . there’s a vanilla underpinning here. . . a complement to the dark-berry fruit and chocolate flavours. There’s also a dusting of coffee and spice for good measure. Duck breast would like it. $23.99

Mission Hill 2010 Reserve Shiraz
The 2010 Shiraz shows intense aromas of white pepper, smoked meat, black raspberry and cocoa. The palate is full bodied with notes of cherries, blackberries and an exotic spice note. The Reserve Shiraz has been aged in French and American oak for 11 months. $22.99

Dunham 2010 Sauvignon Blanc
This wine is made from the carefully tended wines from Cover Farms Organics Certified organic vineyard.  Minimal intervention reveal the essence of the wines time and place.  An exciting expression of nature unfolding.  Enjoy!  $19.90

Robin Ridge 2008 Chardonnay
Aromas and flavours of lemon, grapefruit and peach.  The palate is rich and full bodied with balancing acidity and added complexity from fermentation in French oak and less stirring.  $16.90

Ex Nihilo 2008 Merlot
A classic Merlot with a rich ruby-red colour.  Aromas of ripe raspberries, Okanagan cherries, dark chocolate and allspice .  Round soft tannins and subtle use of oak envelope the palate give the wine a smooth. Lingering finish.  This elegant wine is approachable now and whose structure will show added complexities through 2016. $34
