2012 Pinot Gris $17.99
GOLD MEDAL: All Canadian Wine Championships 2013
Our predominantly estate grown, 2012 Pinot Gris is pale straw in colour with scents of fresh cantaloupe and honey. Tastes of Bosc pear, crisp granny smith apple, and ripe melon with a long, spicy, aromatic finish. 


2009 Chardonnay $15.99
This 2012 Chardonnay is all estate fruit, celebrating our unique Lillooet vineyards. Pale straw in colour, with aromas of fresh peaches, hazelnut, tangerine, and spice. Flavours of pineapple and citrus, kiwi and McIntosh apple. An easy, lingering finish. Ideal match for scallops or poached salmon, and long conversations.

2011 Cabernet Franc $25.99
This elegant and full bodied wine has distinct blackberry and black pepper aromas, characteristic for Cabernet Franc grapes. It is an excellent match with grilled steak or a pork roast.

2011 Meritage $27.99

Features aromas of black currant, cherry and spices. Well-structured with elegant tannins and a long, lingering finish. Pairs well with BBQ steak, roast beef and aged cheeses.

2012 PINOT GRIS $18.00
Traditional “vin gris” hue in colour; apricot & fig aromas/ flavours; very full bodied. Soft & delicious, with a round, long finish of incredible balance. Try with halibut, shrimp, pork, or vegetable dishes.

Imagine sweet orchard fruit and a vibrant collage of ruby red apples and white peaches kissed with traces of honeysuckle. Regreshing, lively and a natural companion to firm cheeses, chili heat and fresh seafood.

Classic Gewürztraminer floral and exotic fruit aromas continue onto the palate, which has a full bodied, soft & oily texture, and a long, viscous finish. Enjoy this with Indian food, dishes with ginger, roast duck or washed rind cheese.

This Chardonnay is surprisingly bright and refreshing on the palate considering the full, complex aromas of lime, peach, caramel, and smoke. The finish is medium and carries through citrus, making it enjoyable with salmon, pasta with cream sauce, or white meats. Very versatile.

A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc. This dry barrel aged red is highlighted by fresh berry aromas & flavours, soft silky tannins and an extended finish. Pair with heartier foods such as robust tomato based pastas and stews.

The bold aromatic Sauvignon Blanc is tamed by the softer, delicately fruity Sémillon. Delicious fruit combines in the bottle to show a nose of intense tropical juiciness with notes of passionfruit, pineapple, peaches & cream, and a hint of spice. In the mouth it is fresh, clean, and balanced.

The ultimate expression of Sauvignon Blanc, Capella is a mouth-watering wine at once both elegant and rich.  The complex nose presents an array of ripe fruit aromas including grapefruit, lemon zest, and pineapple, with remarkable minerality. In the mouth the wine presents lush flavours of passionfruit, grapefruit, and sun-ripened citrus, leaving an impression of richness despite the racy acidity. Clos du Soleil 2011 Célestiale $24.90
This juicy, approachable wine is a blend of all five red Bordeaux varietals. The 18 months spent in French oak barriques gives it structure and a glimmer of spice. It opens up to bright notes of strawberry and sweet red cherries, with rich hints of espresso and chocolate. In the mouth it’s plummy, full and round; nicely framed by well integrated, grainy tannins and weight.

This superb blend is a true contender for BC’s place on the world stage of premium red wine. Unfiltered and unfined, there are notes of cassis and blackberry that greet the nose. They are echoed on the palate with a soft note of oak that complements the dark berry fruit balanced with good acidity and black plum freshness. Decanting this wine opens up multiple layers of ripe black fruits in addition to darker essences of cocoa and espresso.

Overlooking the Chopaka Bridge, between the Richter Pass and Cawston, the spectacular vineyard of the Makepeace family shines through this blockbuster Merlot. High-exposure south facing slopes, rocky soils, and cool nights provides the material for a wine that shows big chocolate right out of the glass, with notes of espresso, cassis, cherry, crushed black pepper . After a rich and round mouthful of plummy goodness, it shows astonishing balance – discrete warmth, velvety tannins, and just the right acidity to provide structure and longevity to a wine that speaks of the Similkameen’s sunny bench.

52% Chardonnay, 31% Sauvignon Blanc, 11% Viognier, 3% Sémillon, 3% Muscat. Pale straw colour and aromatic, peachy nose; full on the palate with a soft mouthfeel. Nicely balanced melon and peach flavours with good length.


Poplar Grove 2010 Chardonnay $21.90
Light golden straw in colour with a big peachy nose. Aromas of tropical fruits & citrus. The first sip brings flavours of lively green apples & sun-ripened grapefruit. 17% of the 2010 Chardonnay was aged in French oak barriques adding hints of vanilla & richness in the mid palate. Clean acidity & graceful structure allow a host of flavours to develop in the glass.
